World leaders would see for the G20 finance ministers’ plans elaboration.
This is aimed at boosting in 5 years, global economic growth by 2 percent.
Ukrainian crisis dominated the first day of the summit as Kremlin claimed innocent.
The EU imposed sanctions and has since added further measures.
Moscow appeared unyielding to all the pressures.
